Your Microsoft tenant, your admin accounts, your Microsoft bill. We work as guests, and you can remove our access at any time.
Payroll, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank and routing numbers and passwords are never extracted.
After the fit call and a look at your setup, you get one price in writing. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing it.
After the 30 days, a care plan keeps things running: monitoring the nightly load, fixes after ComputerEase updates, certificate renewals, and small changes like a new view or a report tweak. Terms are set in your contract.
Cloud costs are billed by Microsoft directly to you. We never mark them up.
